Essential fatty acids can be obtained from fish oils, making them an excellent source. This particular fish oil supplement is enriched with vitamin D, which is known to be easily absorbed with fish oil. Fish oil may benefit individuals with dry scalps and those experiencing Psoriasis. As a Vitamin D supplement, Quell Fish Oil contains 1000 IU of D3, cholecalciferol.
Take 1 tablet daily with food.
