Shipping & Returns
Unclaimed and Undeliverable Items
  All items are shipped by Canada Post unless otherwise chosen during the check out process. In the case that there is no-one at the shipping address provided, Canada Post or USPS will leave a card in your mail box with instructions where to retrieve your package. If the package is not picked up within 3 weeks it will be declared unclaimed and returned to us at our expense.

For packages shipped via UPS, if no-one is at the shipping address to retrieve the package, UPS will attempt to re-deliver on the two following business days. If no-one is available to receive the package it will be returned to us at our expense.

In the case of incorrect addresses, packages will be declared undeliverable and returned to us at our expense.

Upon receipt of such packages we will attempt to contact the purchaser. In the event that contact cannot be made within one week of the return, the products will be returned to stock and the purchaser's account will be credited for the products minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

We will re-ship the package at the purchaser's request however additional shipping fees will be required.

Please note these policies do not apply when there is a shipping error on the part of The Freedom Store or the shipping agency.

Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Please note that Free Shipping offers on orders over $100.00 are valid for shipments within Canada only.
What is the return policy?
  All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

To obtain an RMA please contact us by email at [email protected]. Please include your name, order date, and order number as well as the reason for your return in the email. We will reply within 48 business hours.

Please note the following return policies:

  • Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all returns are subject to a 20% (+applicable taxes) restocking fee.
  • You, the purchaser, are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products cannot be returned. Products can only be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order.
  • Exception: All Silk'n Products carry 60 Money back satisfaction guarantee, minus a $20.00 (Plus Applicble taxes) restocking fee.
  • Silk'n consumbles (Cartridges) are not returnable unless proven defective, in which case they will be exchanged.
  • Unclaimed, refused or undeliverable items will carry a 20% (Plus applicable taxes) restocking and handling fee when returned to us.
  • Due to irrecoverable credit card and merchant service fees, all cancelled orders carry a $20 (+ applicable taxes) cancellation fee.
