How do I return an item?

All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

Refund Contact: To obtain an RMA please contact us by email at customer.service@thefreedomstore.ca. Please include your name, order date, and order number as well as the reason for your return in the email. We will usually reply within 48 business hours.

Please note the following return policies:

  • Time: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the item.
  • Restocking Fee: Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be authorized prior to your return.
  • Product Condition: Used, damaged, or incomplete products cannot be returned. Products can only be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order.
  • Unclaimed Items: All unclaimed, refused or undeliverable items will carry a 20% restocking and handling fee when returned to us.
  • Order Cancellation: Due to irrecoverable credit card and merchant transaction fees, all orders cancelled prior to delivery will be subject to $20 (+ applicable taxes) cancellation fee.
  • Refund Method: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card, or orginal form of payment, within 10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping fees.
