How do I return an item?

All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

To obtain an RMA please contact us by email at customer.service@thefreedomstore.ca. Please include your name, order date, and order number as well as the reason for your return in the email. We will usually reply within 48 business hours.

Please note the following return policies:

  • Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be authorized prior to your return.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products cannot be returned. Products can only be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order.
  • Exception: All Silk'n Products carry 60 Money back satisfaction guarantee. There is a $20 processing fee for all Silk'n product returns within the 60 day period.
  • Silk'n Consumables (Cartridges) are not returnable unless proven defective, in which case they will be exchanged.
  • All unclaimed, refused or undeliverable items will carry a 20% restocking and handling fee when returned to us.
  • Due to irrecoverable credit card and merchant transaction fees, all orders cancelled prior to delivery will be subject to $20 (+ applicable taxes) cancellation fee.
