Money Back Satisfaction Guarantees stands behind all of it's products. Any product can be returned for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The purchaser is responsible for returning the product to at their own expense, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival, or is not the product ordered.
  • All returns are subject to a $20 return fee. This fee can only be waived at the discretion of
  • An RMA number must be obtained before any product is returned. Contact us by email or phone to request an RMA.

Special extended money back satisfaction guarantees are offered on certain products throughout the store. These guarantees are product specific and are clearly marked on the product description pages. If no mention is made of a money back guarantee on the product page, then none is offered.

Additional conditions may apply to money back guarantees on certain products.

In all cases purchasers are responsible for return shipping to our Sheppard Avenue office. Please contact us before returning your product.

Silk'n Product Warrantees and Return Policies

60 Day Money Back Guarantee

Because of our product knowledge and close association with Silk'n, The Freedom Store is able to provide money-back guarantees on all Silk'n products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Silk'n Device you may return your Device and we will refund your money (less $20.00 restocking fee). In order to receive the full refund, within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase you must return the Device and must provide proof of the purchase by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase of the Device. This guarantee expires sixty (60) days from the date you purchased your Device. This warranty does not cover used extra cartridges purchased with your Silk'n device.

To ensure that your Device arrives safely and undamaged, please pack the Device in the original packaging and remember to include all accessories or parts and pieces in order to receive the full refund. We suggested that you insure your shipment because damage during shipment to us is not covered by this guarantee. You may also want to ship the Device using a tracked method so that you can ensure that we receive the Device.

Third-Party Purchases

If you have purchased your Silk'n™ or Silk’n SensEpil™ through a source other than The Freedom Store, you must coordinate the return with that source and according to their product return policy. Some distributors only offer a 30 day return policy and some none at all. Please make sure to review the store's return policy before making your purchase decision.
Refused and/or Cancelled Orders

Should you refuse to accept delivery of your Silk’n or Silk'n SensEpil™ at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Home Skinovations or The Silk'n Store Canada plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the unit and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account. Our procedure is to process orders on the day the order is placed, in order to get customers their order as soon as possible. Should you decide to cancel your order, you must do so immediately, prior to shipment. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee that we can cancel an order once it is placed. To do this you must contact us @ or 1-888-851-4169. You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred if your order ships as well as a 20% cancellation fee.
Return Procedure

If you purchased your Silk'n™ or Silk’n SensEpil™ from The Freedom Store Canada and you would like to return it within the 60 day period, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-851-4169 to arrange your return. If you purchased your Silk’n™ product from anywhere other than The Freedom Store, you must contact them for their return policy. The return of your product must be authorized prior to return. A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us by email or phone to obtain an RMA number. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a 20% handling charge will be charged. In order to avoid damage in shipment, please make sure that your Silk’n is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best). To receive a full credit, please clean your Silk’n™ before returning it. Units returned in damaged condition may receive only partial credit at the discretion of The Freedom Store Canada. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.
2 Year Warranty/Guarantee

The Silk'n Store guarantees your Silk'n Devices for 2 years from the purchase date against manufacturer's defects and failures under normal usage. If you encounter any problems during the first 2 years, simply contact The Freedom Store to make arrangements for repair or replacement.
